Our company follows the standard of the statute about protection of personal information and others while recognizing the importance of personal information, and declares managing a customer’s information appropriately and safely, defining the following protection policy of personal information.

1. The personal information which our company received is used only for right purposes, in order that a customer may use service of our company, and in order that we provide information for them.

2. The department which deals with personal information limits the handling to the necessary range according to business operation. And after a management representative is assigned, the management representative performs suitable management.

3. When collecting personal information from a customer, we clarify the use purpose and the usage, notify him beforehand about the window of which the customer’s information is managed, and receive the personal information of the necessary range.

4. We manage the received personal information appropriately, and do not provide and indicate it to a third person, without the customer’s consent.

5. We get a customer’s consent, and take a suitable measure so that the company which offers personal information does not disclose or offer a customer’s personal information within limits required for each service.

6. When a customer requested corrections or a ban about the received personal information, we correspond to it within limits required for achievement of the purpose of use, or the means is offered to the customer.

7. In order to prevent troubles of the personal information stored on the computer, such as an external outflow, an unjust invasion, and loss, our company improves an internal rule and is striving for the safety control.

8. About the handling of the personal information which our company holds, our company follows the statute and standard which are applied, and strives for the improvement suitably about each above-mentioned clause.
